What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Each vendor has control of which courier services they use and which shipping methods they make available. When you place a product in your basket it will show the available shipping options and costs if any.

Do You Ship Internationally?

As we are a marketplace each vendor has their own policy for international shipping. Some items are shipped across the globe and others are only shipped nationally within the UK. You will see in your basket if a product is unable to be shipped to your country. We are working with our vendors to make more products accessible worldwide.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We encourage our vendors to shop items out the same day or next day from when they are ordered. Most UK parcels will be delivered within 5 working days. International orders may take up to 2 weeks. Possible even longer depending on the countries import policies etc.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We use Stripe payment system which accepts all major credit cards.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

We have an active SSL certificate which means all payments are encrypted and payments through our site are 100% safe. We use Stripe payment which is super secure for online payments. Find out more on Stripe website.

Order & Returns

How do I place an Order?

You place an order simply by viewing a product and choosing to add it to your basket. From there you can go to checkout and follow the steps to buy the product.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need to register an account with us to place an order however you should be given the option to make an account at the checkout stage to enable quicker login next time you visit.

How Do I Track My Order?

We are currently still working on out tracking system. As each of our vendors use different couriers it is proving difficult. If you require tracking info please contact the vendor directly. How Can I Return a Product?
